You are treated as a friend. There isn’t a “Client” approach to the EGC style.  Every Client’s experience is customized to their specific needs.

Are the sessions virtual?

Yes, all of the sessions are virtual.

If you happen to live in the general area of the company, we can make arrangements for face to face meetings.

How do payments work?

You can pay in full or in installments. We will go over this in your free consultation.

What is your cancellation policy?

After the consultation and EGC contract is signed with the details to your specific package, you can cancel at any time throughout the duration of your experience.  You will be responsible for all services completed up until the cancellation.  

For example, if you have a 6 month package and only do 3 months of sessions, you will be responsible for the 3 months rendered.  You will not have to pay for the remaining 3 months left.

If you need to cancel a session and reschedule, you will work with us on all upcoming availability.  There is a 12 hour cancellation period or that session will count towards your package.

Is there a time commitment length?

We offer 1, 3, 6 and 12 month packages.  Each session is once a week.

Do you offer refunds?

We only refund sessions that weren’t utilized.

For example, you purchased 3 months but only have 2 months of completed sessions, you will be refunded for that last month.
